The Bosphorus, with nobody else on the boat.
A whole deck for up to 12 guests. Captain and English-speaking host included. You choose the hour, the route and the music. Book a week ahead for the best slot.
Not a bigger boat. A quieter one.
Our private yacht is a 54-foot motor cruiser — two decks, a small lounge, an open rear terrace. It holds 12 people comfortably. That's the point: it's intentionally small. Privacy on the Bosphorus means you can hear the water, not a PA system.
It's not a super-yacht. No helipad, no crew of ten, no champagne fountain. If you want the Monaco-style experience, we'll refer you honestly to an operator who does that — they're a different category. Our charter is intentionally simpler, friendlier, and far better value.
The charter is the yacht. Everything else is cost-plus.
Included in €225

- English-speaking host on board — Leyla or İpek
- Bluetooth speaker — your playlist
- Unlimited soft drinks, water, Turkish tea
- Fuel, port fees, all taxes — in the quote
Not included in the charter
- Food & drinks beyond water, soft drinks and Turkish tea
- Alcoholic beverages (BYO welcome — corkage-free)
- Hotel pickup or drop-off (private transfer can be booked separately)
- Decoration or special-occasion props (bring your own; crew will help set up)
The charter is a single product: the 2-hour yacht booking. We don't resell catering, flowers, photography or music as line items — if you need help arranging those, write to us and we'll share trusted local vendors you can hire directly.
A real Bosphorus loop — your route, your start time.
You choose any hour between 09:00 and 23:00. The standard charter is the classic two-bridge loop. Want to extend or shape the route around a specific occasion? Send a note and we'll quote it.
Four things we do that general charter sites don't.
Private charter is a crowded category online — most sites are just resellers. Here's why booking direct matters.
We own the yacht.
Not a marketplace listing — we know the captains, the fuel cost, the maintenance schedule. Quote is binding because we set it.
Leyla handles every private booking.
Same person from enquiry to boarding. She knows your occasion, your guest count, and your music preferences before you step on.
No hidden upsells.
The charter price is the price. If you need a caterer, florist or photographer, we share local vendor names you can hire directly — we don't resell.
Proposals, handled well.
We've coordinated 143 proposals. Captain knows when to slow down. Host discreetly handles the ring moment. She says yes ≈ 96% of the time.
The four most common occasions.
Anniversaries
Most of our private bookings are couples marking 5, 10, 25 years. We dim the lights, set the table with a rose, and give you the rear deck for the sunset. Tell us the year count — we adjust the experience.
Proposals
We have a light protocol for this. Captain slows the boat under the 1st bridge. Host stays invisible. We have backup plans for weather. Tell us the name and pronoun — the rest is scripted.
Small groups (8–12)
Bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, reunion trips. Bluetooth speaker for your playlist, table for 12 on the rear deck, a round of house cocktails on us. Bring your own decorations — we hang them before boarding.
Corporate off-sites
Small teams (6–12) booking the 2-hour charter as an alternative to a restaurant dinner. Presentations don't work well on the water; informal conversation does. Wi-Fi is coastal-only.
The thing a shared cruise can't give you — in concrete terms.
"Private" is used loosely on charter sites. Here's the literal list of things that change when you have the boat to yourselves.
- 01You pick the route.Default route is the two-bridge loop. Golden Horn detour or anchor-and-swim at Bebek Bay are possible within the 2 hours; longer alternatives are not part of this product (summer only).
- 02You pick the music.Bluetooth to the yacht's speakers. Your playlist runs from the moment you board. Volume yours.
- 03You pick the pace.Want to sit in one spot under a bridge for 20 minutes? The captain does it. Want to go faster toward the second bridge? He opens up.
- 04You pick the moment.Proposal, birthday toast, candle on the cake — they happen when you signal, not on a shared-boat PA schedule.
- 05No other guests, full stop.Captain + one host + your group. That's the manifest. No other paying passengers, no crew using the salon.
Leyla coordinates everything before you board.
A private charter has more moving parts than a shared ticket. Here's what's handled for you, and what you'll be asked.
The honest moment to pick one of the others.
Private charter is the right call for most small-group occasions — but not always. Here's when one of the three public cruises is actually better.
Sunset
If it's just the two of you, and budget matters: sunset at €14 for two is a fraction of a private charter. Shared deck, but the golden-hour timing is identical.
See sunset detailsDinner
For 4 or fewer people wanting a full evening with food, the dinner cruise (~€35 for four) is less than a private charter. You lose privacy, you gain a proper plated meal.
See dinner detailsDaytime
If your group includes kids who want to run around and "private" is aspirational, the daytime cruise with 80 capacity feels spacious enough. Families rarely need a full private yacht.

How far in advance should I book?
For weekends or holiday weeks (late April–October, Christmas, New Year): 3 weeks minimum, 2 months ideal. Weekday bookings in shoulder season can be confirmed 48h out. Proposals: we recommend 2 weeks to coordinate properly.
What if there's bad weather?
Light rain: charter runs. Heavy rain with lightning or sustained 30 km/h winds: coast guard cancels, and you get a full refund or a free date move. We'll call you 24h out if the forecast is marginal and let you decide. No pressure, no small print.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Food: yes. Bring whatever. There's a small galley for chilling. Alcohol: you can bring one bottle for celebratory purposes (we'll open it for you) — but full bar service requires our catering partner, due to licensing. A bottle of wine with dinner is fine.
Where do we board?
You choose. Kabataş pier (standard), Bebek marina (closer to dinner-area hotels), or Kuruçeşme (quieter, ideal for proposals). Private pickup from other points is possible — Leyla confirms at enquiry.
Do you do weddings?
Intimate ceremonies yes — up to 12 guests, with a registered officiant arranged separately. Full-scale receptions (30+ people): we refer you to a larger operator. The 12-person cap is hard — it's the boat's capacity, not a marketing choice.
72h free cancellation
Charter gets 72h — we hold a captain for you, so the window is longer than public cruises.
Binding quote
The price Leyla quotes is the price you pay. No day-of charges. No fuel surcharge.
One point of contact
