Four cruise products, one set of terms. The boat is the inventory, the departure slot is the constraint, the weather is the wildcard. These twelve clauses cover what you pay for, what the captain guarantees, when a cruise is cancelled by weather, and how a dispute ends. Each has a specific boat, departure slot, and route. Dinner and Yacht include additional services (meal, host); Regular and Sunset include the cruise only.
We don't sell transportation to the pier, hotel, or onward travel.

Commentary along the route via onboard speakers (Regular), via the host (Sunset & Dinner), or on request (Private Yacht).

Private host (Yacht only): dedicated host for the duration, custom playlist option, discreet service throughout.
Confirmation email within 90 seconds. Reference: BO- + six characters. Pier location included.
No email within 60 minutes: check spam, then email support. We resend.
Voucher QR is scanned at boarding. Phone screenshot or paper — either works.

Arrive 15 minutes before departure. The boat leaves on the minute — it can't wait without missing its slot.
Late for our reasons (host no-show, boat delay): full reschedule or refund. Late for external reasons (traffic, missed tram): the cruise leaves without you.
Free reschedule up to 48 hours before departure. Cruise type can also change — switch from Regular to Sunset, pay the difference if any.
Inside 48 hours: rescheduling depends on availability and is handled case-by-case via support. Any difference in cruise fare may apply.
New date within six months of original. Reply with "reschedule" in the subject.
Photography is welcome. Drones are not permitted — maritime traffic regulation.
No outside food or drink on Regular, Sunset, or Dinner. Private Yacht: catering from pre-approved vendors only.
Alcohol: served at bar prices on Regular, Sunset, Dinner. Private Yacht: you may supply your own; corkage waived.
The captain's word is final on safety matters. Removal for disruptive behaviour results in no refund.
The captain cancels a cruise when weather makes the route unsafe — typically Beaufort 7+ wind or visibility under 500m. The call is always the captain's; we don't override it.
A weather cancellation entitles you to a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. Notification by SMS and email no later than 4 hours before departure.
If weather is borderline at departure but improves en-route, we sail. If mid-cruise conditions force a return, you get proportional refund (e.g. 60% if we cut the cruise at minute 30 of 90).
72+ hours: 100%.
24-72 hours: 50% or free reschedule.
0-24 hours: 12-month credit, no cash.
No-show: no refund, no credit.
Weather cancellations: 100% refund regardless of window.

Liability is capped at the amount you paid. Consequential damages (missed flights, hotel cancellations) are not covered — we don't sell those.
The 10.1 cap does not apply to wilful misconduct or liability that can't be limited under Turkish maritime law.
Onboard liability is covered by the boat operator's maritime insurance, per Turkish Maritime Code. Certificates on request.
Material changes: 30-day email notice.
The version applicable to your booking is the one in effect on the day you paid.
